Retreat Overview

Health retreats will be offered featuring a disease (such as types of cancer).  The retreat will provide an in-depth discussion and education on the disease, how it functions in the body, what to eat and not eat, knowledge on herbs and supplements, and what can be done within the body to counter the disease. Included in the cost of the retreat, you will be given tools specific to aiding in your understanding of the featured disease and how it affects your body.

Also included in the cost of the retreat, you will be provided a beautiful, historic room at the Ouray Manor (surrounded by tranquil gardens, mountains and wildlife), a breakfast, lunch, and dinner specific to helping heal a specific disease, including cooking classes and disease specific guidance on how to order food at local, delicious restaurants in Ouray.

Activities will be begin with yoga or meditation in the garden each morning at 7am and conclude at sunrise around 8am.  

A nutritious breakfast preparation class will begin at 8am and Breakfast will be served at 8:30am.  

9am we will jump into a health education session such as discussing current diet habits, propose new habits, understanding cancer, health tools, emotional wellness, spirituality.  

11am - 15 minute walk to new waterfall each day and have a picnic lunch at the waterfall.  

1pm - gondola, horse back riding, 3x relax in the healing waters of the natural Hot Springs located in Ouray, Colorado and used for centuries by the Native Americans. Individual massages and emotional wellness appointments can be scheduled at this time. 

4pm-learn to cook nutritious dinner from scratch.


6pm-evening Q&A session

7:30-view Alpenglow 

8:00pm-retire to rooms


Emotional & Spiritual Counselor

Lastly, included in the price of your retreat will be an emotional and spiritual counselor, available as often as needed on a first come first serve basis by appointment.

Each package retreat starts on a Saturday with a check in between 3-5pm and concludes the following Saturday at 9am.

Breast Cancer Survivor and Event Coordinator

Amber was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in September 2020 and was recommended to take chemo and radiation, however found alternative treatments from around to cure her cancer gradually over a year.  Amber would like to share her knowledge of the body and health to help others avoid this common disease and cancer in general.  educate others on health knowledge.


Nutritional Specialist

Danielle specializes in cooking nutritious meals targeted for improving health and well being with a special considerations for various health conditions.


Mediation and Spiritual Guidance

Malika is Hindu and from India.  She is expert on meditation and spiritual growth and she is currently getting her PhD in this field. She would love to share her knowledge and expertise with you to help you find your inner self.

Emotional Guidance

Kathy has worked for ?? Years in Nevada as a licensed clinical social worker and is seen as expert i her field to help individuals resolve their inner conflicts and emotional distress.


Massage Therapist

Mark is an excellent massage therapist who has ?? Years of experience and incorporates stretching and skeletal alignment into a massage session.  1 free massage is included in each package.



Roxanne has been an aesthetician for 18 years and specializes in skin rejuvenation and healing. The skin is the largest organ in the body and needs to be well taken care of.  Roxanne will provide education on skin health and each retreat guest will receive a facial with Roxanne.
